In parallel with the 2012 ASEAN summit held ADF 1St Annual Conference, (March 28 -31), and SiamReap in Phnom Penh, Phnom Penh Declaration encourages the Government of Cambodia to accelerate the ratification of the CRPD to, which conducted 9 months later, in December of 2012.

Participate in 2 Regional Consultation with Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) At the ASEAN Intergovernmental Commission on Human Rights in the ASEAN Declaration of Human Rights (AICHR), in Manila, Philippines. Conse- quently mention the rights of persons with disabilities are included in the Declaration of the meeting.

ADF has also been advocated before the ASEAN Commission for the Promotion and Protection of the Rights of Women and Children (ACWC), which now considers disability as a component of the Intersection of gender.
