ADF IN COLLABORATION WITH CAMBODIA DISABLED PEOPLE ORGANIZATION

On 29 November 2019, ASEAN Disability Forum (ADF), in collaboration with AGENDA partner, the Cambodia Disabled People Organization (CDPO), with support from the Australian government organized a pilot awareness campaign to promote the ASEAN Enabling Masterplan 2025: Mainstreaming the Rights of Persons with Disabilities in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Seventy-seven participants attended, 20 of which were women. The activity was attended by 11 government officials from the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training (MLVT), the Ministry of Interior (MOI), Disability Action Council (DAC) under the Ministry of Social Affairs, Veterans, and Youth Rehabilitation (MOSVYR), the Ministry of Economics and Finance (MEF), the Ministry of Education, Youth, and Sport (MOEYS), Ministry of National Defense (MOD), Ministry of Rural Development (MORD), and municipality of Phnom Penh.
