ADF IN COLLABORATION WITH HILC AND VFD

On 20 December 2019, ASEAN Disability Forum (ADF), in collaboration with Hanoi Independent Living Center (HILC) and Vietnam Federation on Disability (VFD), with support from the Australian government organized a pilot awareness campaign on the ASEAN Enabling Masterplan 2025: Mainstreaming the Rights of Persons with Disabilities in Hanoi, Vietnam. The event was attended by 72 participants, 54 of whom were women. Ms. Ha Minh Duc, Senior Official on Social Welfare and Development (SOMSWD) Vietnam, Ms. Le Thi Yen, Executive Member of the Committee on Social Affairs of the National Assembly, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Dung, Representative from the Ministry of Transport, and Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Anh, representative from the Ministry of Labor-Invalids and Social Affairs also attended the event.
